With us since our founding in 1997, Dr. Stoudmire is one of our veteran team members. She is originally from Pittsburgh, PA and has a heart for helping the underserved. For the past 30 years, Dr. Stoudmire has worked in a wide range of professional roles in psychiatric nursing, clinical research, nursing management, healthcare program development, forensic nursing, quality improvement, case management, and legal nurse consulting. Her special expertise is in serving as a nurse educator, mentor, researcher, nurse education consultant, and family health program development.

Businessman, Motivator, Coach, Mentor and Spiritual Leader – that’s the career path of Paul. He was born and grew up in Alberton just south of Johannesburg in South Africa. Paul has been involved coaching and mentoring others to achieve their goals and fulfill their destiny with love, integrity and service. He has been involved in different aspects of service to the community for the past 17 years. Paul has been the financial backbone of Jamaa Health Consultants since the beginning.

Cassandra joined Jamaa Health Consultants with the vision and drive to improve upon our Community Services Organization, and focused on developing the organization with experience and integrity.
Cassandra has over 10 years experience in healthcare as a program developer and project consultant. Her expertise is in empowering companies to realize increased efficiency, profitability, and competitiveness in the marketplace through innovative program delivery. Cassandra grew up in Pittsburgh, PA.
PATERICIEA A. GLASTER - "PAT"
Director of Community Outreach
Pat has been a counselor, consultant and mentor for more than 27 years, involving herself in many community activities that helped youth, seniors, veterans, the disabled and families. Originally from St. Thomas, the Virgin Islands, Pat grew up all over the world and has worked with people from diverse backgrounds.
Pat's driving goals are to "encourage, mentor and motivate". Her motto is "to make life easy in a difficult world". Pat enjoys being able to make a positive difference through service.
